Caving is a fantastic team building and challenging activity in South Wales that will test you physical and mental strength! As you journey through the caves passages you will be given the opportunity to complete a series of challenges suitable for all abilities. It’s the perfect environment to learn about cave formations and the geology of the cave itself.
