This a progressive session aimed at developing the group with a series of tasks and challenges.  The focus is on having fun whilst learning to utilise the skills that you have within your group.  This session can be adapted for different ages/abilities.  Guided reflection after the task can help the group draw out key learning about themselves, each other and how they work together!

Learning Outcomes Include: Team Work, Communication, Leadership, Problem Solving, Strategy and Confidence Building.
