Winter Skills

Winter Skills weeks take place in the snowy mountains of Scotland each year, with weeks taking place in both January and at the beginning of March. Based out of the Isle of Glencoe Hotel in the village of Ballachulish, you will make your way into the mountains each day to learn or refine your Winter Skills. This includes using crampons and ice axes, navigation, rope work and snow craft, snow holing and many more. For some people this will be a once in a lifetime experience for others they can’t help but return year after year! Either way after taking part in this week you can expect to feel more confident and proficient in your personal skills in the mountains.
